Danielle Epolite

Hair is in my DNA. My mother was a hairstylist, my grandmother owned a salon in California, and my great grandfather owned a barber shop in Willow Glen, CA for 40 years. It wasn’t until I began working in a salon as a receptionist that I knew I found my passion. I would find myself, hours after my shift was over, watching in awe and asking a endless questions. I would come in on my days off for classes, read every book, every brochure I could get my hands on. I was fascinated, I was obsessed. 

I  graduated cosmetology school in 2010 as the first student with with 100% attendance. I still can’t get enough of this industry, always absorbing constant education. Every chance I get I take a class, watch a tutorial, or research new trends and techniques. I specialize in lived in highlights, effortless haircutting, gray blending, custom extensions and beach tousled bridal looks. It has become more than a job, a career, it’s truly my passion. My love affair with hair.

With that said, hair is my passion, but education is my fuel. Over the past decade behind the chair, and even before then, I’ve been taking hair classes. Not just technical but in all aspects of this industry! With an associates degree in communication, I realized I needed to put my communication, business and industry skills to good use, and send the elevator back down, to lift the next generation of craft hair stylists up!

I’ve recently created both a signature haircutting system, as well as a client experience system, both available in my education tab. I will soon be adding my sun kissed highlight, grey blending and bridal systems to the vault! Stay tuned for more magic to come!
